From Ravi To Kunhar

The battalion has finally slept as we resumed our journey from islamabad to mansehra. While i am transforming my experience to words, only 2 of my friends are quenching the thirst of natural beauty.High and mighty mountains on twin sides at one moment realize you of Allah's majestic power while errected
communication towers distributed randomly on top gives a strong vindication of man as Ashraf Ul Makhlooqat.Road to Mansehra is good but who is free to shun landscapes for better roads.Sizzling natural beauty overrides logistics and infrastructure.
we all are going from Lahore so we are seeking more natural and relatively less artificial things.Sun is still blazing after 40 mins of drive towards mansehra which is untoward. What needs to be implemented here is strict anti littering laws. The route is not infested with people though they have religious views which is exhibited by their apparel too.Crossed Govt.College for women Hassan Abdal after taking a right turn and now vehicle is demanding power shift haphazardlyvia transmission shaft.Gudwara Punja Sb is also on way in Hassan Abdal.Embiance again surrounded by lush green mountains.A railway track also crooses road at this point.Twisted turns and erect steepy surface demands improved reflexes and so visitors spend their time in viewing how the driver is managing all that.Trucks are in abundance adorned with stickers and somepoetic illustrations revealing driver's experience in life(On a lighter Note).Mansehra is a place where you can still sense the immense heat though name suggests something in disparity with that. From Mansehra we hired two vehicles and started our journey to Naran.Naran is 122 Km from Mansehra. While at the beginning you start enjoying the journey but as you move on thrill factor
overcomes jubilation.River Kunhar flows on one side of road beneath you.Sharp twists and turns and apparently non vulnerable style of drivers will not let you sleep.Sky high mountains and jet white glaciers grasp your senses and you just start thinking about the dominance of nature in that yonra. It takes circa 4-5 hours from Mansehra to Naran depending on your rest and stay time.Naran is a place worth visiting.Eateries and hotels in abundance. From there you can visit Lake Saif al Malook,13 Km but at an hour’s drive from Naran.Lake is surrounded by mountains and serenity. No honking horns, zero screech,an absolute peace one can imagine. From there, don't bother to visit aansoo lake as it takes  more than 5 hours on foot to reach there and after climbing glaciers by hand, its that steepy in that area. From Naran there is a place named Lalazar. The route to Lalazar is Damn dangerous. You just  keep praying during the way. From Naran after spending 3 days,we came to Thandiani,a place approximately at 2 to 3 hours drive from Mansehra.Thandiani is nothing except you reach
on top of a mountain from where aerial view of surroundings is captivating i didnot find that due to plenty of trees blocking line of vision. It’s a picnic spot.A few of the hotels are there but not of the quality one expects.
Now we have to move back to Lahore from here. After leaving Thandiani,we reached Rawalpindi at about 6.Fast and Furious 6 captured attention of the crew and we screened that,But i opted Macdonalds infront of CINEPAX for spending my time.
At 12.30 Night we left for Lahore from Rawalpindi station.Reached Lahore at 5 am and now frazzled. That concludes our horrific, adventurous and somewhat fun filled tour.

Why PTI Lost

Fiercest strife regarding elections has finally ended with screams of rigging at a major level and PTI in major is protesting against all this.
I delayed writing this article on WHY PTI LOST regarding the fact that i took time to watch talkshows and reading articles.Though many a people including journalist outcry with reference to rigging but on the flip side some people say that rigging was on a minute level and PTI is just behaving ,like a stubborn kid relentlessly
trying to settle the things down.
Though many a people also say that rigging was not institutionalized this time but my article is not regarding that.
Many a factors contributed to the defeat of PTI.Infact Imran Khan was chasing rainbows. How can you expect a sweep in elections when you are against international establishment and moreover you being a single party are trying to reform the country regarding police and patwari system.
Shahbaz Sharif's performance also helped PML N in elections.Though performnce was just a shallow show off if you go into details but people saw a change in punjab.
One more thing was selection of candidates.PTI introduced new faces many of which were literate one. They could not understand the politics of local system. They kept on  rejuvenating in their corner meetings. They confined themselves to somewhat clean politics but people voted the same class ruling this country from last 20 years.PTI should introduce new faces again the next battle but proportion should be lessened.
A major confusion that PML N was able to spread and which according to me was a double dutch was nexus of PTI and PPPP.Imran Khan should accept that he was having a bit soft corner for Asif Ali Zardari which looked strange from the audience side but he was vibrant when it comes to Nawaz Sharif. He should have criticized equally. He thought PPPP is no more and he kept on bashing PML N but that was not an intelligent move.People considered PML N a strong confronting factor for PPPP and people were in a need to get rid of PPPP.They thought that PTI might alliance with PPPP so in a move they throwed PTI and PPPP with a single stamp.Though Imran Khan was consistently saying that i will not take oath from Asif Ali Zardari in contrast to Nawaz Sharif's soft stance on the issue.
One must agree that Imran Khan was a bit arrogant during the campaign.Things like"BAT WILL BEAT TOO" and we will make "TIKKA" didn't go well in educated class.I being not a supporter of PML N admit that Nawaz Sharif was a bit humble in his speeches.
Imran Khan's tragic accident resulted in cancellation of G.T road jalsa's that was exacerbating.PML N almost sweeped in cities on G.T road.Sympathy factor didn't play a vital role.
Rural areas were not much touched by PTI and touchstone of success is equal performance in all parts of country.
PTI was able to show the power in KPK but at the same time this is a challenge.Law and order situation in KPK will not let anyone to live a luxurious and tension free life.PTI should fulfill its promises that it did in past. They should work hard regarding security.Uniform education system should also be implemented.Infact PML N and PTI have been given a last chance. He who performs will be able to win next elections and that's a better thing to replace what's not working.
Historic turnout in elections is undoubtedly due to PTI.Burger or mummy daddy class who just spent their days in sheesha cafe's and nights scrolling webpages, started to own the country and its a good move.Momentum should be kept on at any cost.
But I wish both PML N and PTI a very best for the future and their succes is Pakistan's success and the other way around.

Desperate PML N

Elections 2013 are on their way to completion setting new standards of oppression and brutality. When 3 of the major political parties are not given level playing field, others should condemn this as this can happen to them the other time.
Let's talk about PML N which is busy making perception that they are government in waiting.Though PTI has threatened their easy success which was obvious after PPPP completing its term but then Imran Khan and his party appeared on the political horizon and soon firecest strife started that will now end on 11th may.
PML N is fretting about victory and consequently making federal govt. and also grab a major share in Punjab Govt. in one way or the other.
For that reason we have seen many policy tilt when it comes to electables. Those who spent their evenings with general Musharraf at one time soon were gagging for the same but this time with PML N leaders. At one time Mian Nawaz Sharif said that we will never accept people who supported Musharraf but as i said PTI was gaining popularity so think tanks of PML N thought that it’s better to take people from PML Q rather allowing them to join PTI who was accepting and welcoming them.
We have seen that Mian Nawaz Sharif made alliances with smaller nationalist groups in sindh to help them making new government.
Let me speak candidly that PTI and PML N will be having a tough battle in elections but next govt. is of PML N.They will not sweep easily. The reason for this is simple.PML N soon after elections will decorate a market for those who are ticketless.Ministries will be offered and tenders will be relaxed. Moreover they will even not hesitate making coalition government with anyone.Anyone means they can enjoy perks for 5 more years while in a coalition with PPPP,MQM,ANP or even Moulana Fazal Ur Rehman.Hamza Shehbaz hinted that we will take everyone with us and ‘WILL TRY” not to make alliance with pppp.
And once that happens you will see such type of hung parliament that every candidate will be demanding more and more with time whereas on the flipside economic condition of the country is very much disappointing.PTI and PML N combination is ideal for many people but this will not happen.PML N might think of this but regarding PTI,every one must not be between a rock and a hard place to say that they will not accept a coalition government with PML N.
And when you talk of PML N's government you should not demand any change or expect even in Patwari(Land) system or police because they people beleive in politics through institutions.Street crime will be the same in PML N's government as we have seen in last 5 years.Gvernment hospitals will be same except that doctors will be petrified by unannounced visits but in early two or three months and after that they will go rampant.
Protocoal culture in the name of security will be same.Whole of the sharif family will not hesitate enjoying the same VIP culture they condemned before 2008 elections.
Drone attacks will remain the same as they can't stand infront of western powers for whom they beleive are the king makers.Everyone knows who drives them.
We can see a major change only in one depatment and thats in logistics.PML N beleives in making new roads and bridges. They will focus on making metro's irrespective of whether people need that more than health facilities or education. They will focus on those projects in which simple economics is involved rather any vision.
But last thing is that PTI facor has made PML N to bow before people. They can't shun the role of youth and common man now.

Why PTI??

When we talk of the prominent political parties in Pakistan,we have two options PML N and PTI the later is not nascent but gained popularity in last two years.PPPP on the other hand has jolted Pakistan with massive benchmarks of corruption and mismanagement.Intriguing question which everyone pursuits now a days is whether you support PTI or PML N.I must say that i am not a troll of PTI and just a voter of Pakistan and being a citizen i can have a choice among the two.The reason why I admire PTI is not vague. We have seen
that Imran Khan committed that we will give 25 percent tickets to youth. At that time I thought that this is just an emotional outburst seeing youth infront of your roastrum.I thought that he should not make promises,he dare not not fulfill but the time came when actually youth were given more than 25 percent tickets.
Another commendable act is intra party elections. Many allegations were there for the party that elections are not transparent in some places like Lahore.Having accepted the allegations you simply can’t shun other parts of the country where these were held with zero malign factor. One more thing is that someone has taken initiative of conducting elections within the party.By the time intra PML N  forces will also demand the same.We were listening to inceptors saying that parties should conduct intra party elections. Now there is a party with 80000 elected not selected members.
One more thing,i simply can't understand why we have a volatile memory that is disrupted with a single emotional gimmick.I have myself heard politicians saying that parties should give policies before elections as to how they will solve the difficulties faced by their state.PTI is the only party that has given education, local govt. ,Anti corruption, special education policy.
Now there is a party that is completing homework before contesting elections.
Yes political gurus while watching time from their wrist watch claim that PTI is not experienced,O please do you people want those people back who have a full time doublet or triplet experience of corruption. They manage police as if they are their personal asset.
If PML N comes into power, mark my words there will be no change in Police culture and land revenue what we call patwari system and if people want leaders having 40 crore security expenses per anum then it’s their choice. One can't stop someone to dig the grave for himself if he is hell bent for that.
Talking of the developement works that were there for people in reaction to the triumph that PTI got after Lahore jalsa. The projects including laptops, solar panels, yellow cab and lastly metro were simply economics based. No vision was there in these projects.
If you think metro is a revolution kindly find time and have a look at mayo hospital Lahore. You will feel that metro bus system is an unnecessary luxury for us.We dont have clean drinking water,we are lacking security,Bomb blasts are converting masses into pieces, street crime is now a business but were are enjoying and selling metro for political point scoring.
Danish school system, see the logic "We want to give high standard education to poor people".Can i meekly ask my dear fellows what class of society is inducted in Govt. schools.Yes people from downtrodden area are there so you should spend in those govt. schools to improve quality of education but you are building new buildings for just to show yourself kindhearted.
I begin to laugh when my fellows say that PTI is helping PPPP.Seriously who was in coalition govt. in Punjab for more than 3 years and who in coalition approved 3 constitutional amendments and more over who is
ready to take oath from President Zardari after coming into power,Yes Mian Nawaz Sharif is ready to take oath from president but Imran Khan clearly says he will not take oath under his presidency.
After proven Asghar Khan case in supreme court stating that Nawaz Sharif and others took money from ISI to tilt elections in their favour why you should vote that party. But people still feel that PML N is an asset for this country.
After 5 years of denial regarding the agreement between Sharif family and saudi officials the last day they accepted that agreement is for 5 years not for 10.
Still if you wanna go for PML N its your choice.
Fiercest strife is expected in punjab in elections and nature of Pakistani politics is fickle so one must wait to see the new govt. till 11th may
