I Beg To Disagree

Its been always difficult  to take a position on an issue that’s not popular
For example now a days you can’t speak against imran khan, reason being the same that he is popular these days and PTI trolls will not only criticize you but moreon will not hesitate to abuse you.Latest stupidity that their party trolls commited is the uploading of a list on Bahria town letter pad containing 19 journalists bribed by malik riaz.It was proved fake however.
I just distracted from the topic.Today the issue I want to share is the drop scene of Arsalan Iftikhar case.
Justice Iftikhar took suo moto notice after rumours infact  believed reality about Arsalan Iftikhar scandal.Hearing took blace and CJ vowed that no relaxation will be offered to him irrespective of the relation  we owe to eachother.
Cj parted himself from the hearing bench but then what happened.Story begins here
SC ordered govt. of Pakistan to probe the case regarding Arsalan and Malik Riaz .I humbly will say that SC bashed govt. for 4 long years on mismanagement, bad governance  and  failure of govt. to implement SC decisions.
We also know that Hamid saeed Kazmi is in jail.Raja Pervaiz Ashraf being accused of corruption charges,Yousaf Raza Gillani disqualified by SC.Abbdul Qadir Gillani is under threat from 2 years and he is not yet cleared or convicted of hajj scandal,Rehman Malik disqualified ,He was punished prior to this but President exercised his powers and he was given relief  by the president,Ahmed Riaz Seikh was handcuffed in Supreme Court,Adnan Khawaja was rolled over by supreme court,Ali Musa Gillani  Is also under threat by supreme court.
Hussain Haqqani has been proved guilty of memo gate.Moreon SC took NRO case and didn't allow parliament to discuss it and also speaker's ruling in Yousaf Raza caase was thrown over by supreme court.
Saying all that I just wanna question that why was Arsalan Iftikhar not arrested or punished by supreme court,Why he has been put infront of this corrupt govt.(as discussed above) to probe into the case.
If Riaz Sheikh was handcuffed in supreme court building why  Arsalan is above law.Law of necessity finally worked here and SC lost respect in this case.Case should be trialed in court and if supreme court believes that govt. is corrupt then why they have given this case to them.
CJ might not have helped his son in this case but the message to the legal practitioners is not wise.
Arsalan should come in supreme court as Gillani did and many ministers of this govt. will do.
I seriously think  that the decision is tilted towards Arsalan and moreon contempt of court case against Malik Riaz is a new story to distract the attention from the main issue.
People might have seen banana states but to see bubble state here it is.Bubble in a sense that an issue arises like bubble and after a week it ruptures followed by another bubble .So on and so forth.
But above all I and all  Pakistani people obey the decision as courts should be obeyed whatever they say.I  and many had an argument and that was shared not to influence something but it is not a claptrap.
 And now the recent development is the recruitment of a new PM Raja Pervaiz Ashraf.People don’t have words to defend this decidion of the govt.I have just one point on the issue and that’s when people like Qamar Zaman Kaira ,Raza Rabbani,Hina Rabbani Khar and many other who are more popular among people than why to do such type of decision.Qamar Zaman Kaira was a better option as he had good relations with media too and he has never been accused of financial corruption.Appointing Raja Pervaiz certainly gives message to supreme court and people that you are tiny meaningless for us and yes we will appoint someone on you whom you hate the most regarding loadshedding.
But one thing is clear that any PM from the ruling party will never write a letter to the swiss authorities requesting him to reopen the cases against our president .
Perhaps one has said for this type of situation

Who's Next

I usually dont voice twice a week but issues around me force me to write something regarding the situation our country is facing.I am a big admirer of the fact that i am not a maestro at analysis but i try to manage words so that it might be impressive sometime ahead.

Finally supreme court of Pakistan has won the battle of EGO against syed yousaf raza gillani  and i haven't written PM ,the status he enjoyed for 4 years,with this name.
Many people say that majority of people consider this judgement a good one and consider it a breakthrough but i humbly disagree with this point
After the decision a face with another face will be replaced and people of this country will still be living in slums and loadshedding  full Pakistan
Secondly yousaf raza gillani has enjoyed PM ship for 4 long years and has been the longest serving PM despite the glooms his government faced every day
Actually supreme court and moreover CJ was offensive over the repeated disregard of verdict with respect to letter that was to be written by PM if obeyed SC
Many people consider this decision an after math of malik riaz rather govt.'s trick to maline Cj.
But yousaf raza gillani proved himself a patriot member of PPPP and  sacrificed his political career for Asif Ali Zardari,sitting president of the country.

I would like to  say that this decision will be given as reference in coming years when there will be a discussion regarding parliament's role verses judicial role  because of the fact that speaker of national assembly had clearified PM in her ruling  and govt. too considered that PM is safe now but then supreme court finally crushed the verdict of speaker of the assembly having 342 members
I think supreme court should give clear decision regarding the annual budget 2012 and its better to just disqualify the PM rather making a new budget and opening up a new battlefield between govt,opposiotion and judiciary.All desision from 26th april including foreign tours are at a standstill position
This case clearly shows that supreme court is above parliament and a new discussion will setup in coming years regarding their respective roles
Not only PM is bashed by court but his sons including Abdul Qadir Gillani and Ali Musa Gillani are also alleged of corruption  in hajj and ephiderine scandal respectively,more over Musa Gillani's non bailable warrants have been issued.
Many people consider that CJ has taken revenge of the allegations that Malik Riaz and indirectly govt raised against his son Arsalan.
But upcoming PM will be having challenges too as SC will consistently ask him/her to write a letter to swiss authorities and PPPP candidate will not be willing to do that.
One of the expected PM makhdoom Shahab Ud Din's non bailable warrants have been issued so govt. is now going to give this status to famous Raja Pervez Ashraf according to latest news till now, which is surely against the will of the people.
Qamar zaman Kaira is a good guy with respect to the Raja sb as he is good among media too

Media Gate

Leaked off air footage has  totally changed the attention of people from Arsalan case to this new popularly called media gate.
First of all i am not going to support the anchors involved and the tv channel but certain  things have to be kept in mind here.
Many people say that suspicious AQ gillani's call to lucman sb was not right.I would like to say that journalists and anchors have close relations with big bosses of the country and this is not a rocketa science.It is actually an open secret and there is nothing wrong with this call and also with the content of the call in which A.Q gillani and mubashir sb just discussed the disclosure of villa given to another anchor and nothing was wrong in it.
And those media persons blaming the anchors on this closeness with political elite also share a part of their routine with this elite too.

Secondly Message of Maryam nawaz to Meher Bokhari is also not against professional duties i guess.
Maryam N.Sharif asked Malik riaz to clearify them in bullet proof car case via Meher so Meher was crushed in this point too though she was just a conveyer of the message received to her.
One most controversial point of the footage is the voice of planted quetion and yes that's against freedom of expression and journalistic ethics .This was also accepted by Meher in her program that this question was planted.
One more thing is the instructions that were received from Phone and these instructions were too not dubious .
All the anchors of tv channels continuously receive the dictation and dictation received in footage was regarding the disruption when Malik riaz tried to speak.
Its not fair to blame them on this instruction issue.
 i would say that anchors were bulldozed on the issue but actually tv management was involved in the issue and so called conspiracy but as both anchors were there so they were crushed by  people over the internet and in drawing rooms.Malik riaz wanted to have an interview of him and he also called mubashir please don’t spoil my program,I request you.
Lastly Mubashir Lucman sb is abused by people many a times and on many a forums,thats not right.
He said on air that i was pressurized to do the show and in footage he has not commited any mistake which other anchor did  including planted question
 So anchors should not be blamed as much as management should be given hard time

No clearification has been done by him on tv yet.

CJ at crossroads

Tv channels in Pakistan are adorned now a days with the most gripping case of era and that's surely of Arsalan Iftikhar.Reports say that Arsalan(son of CJ Pakistan) has taken 40 million from the owner of a famous rather notorious property tycoon of Pakistan, Malik Riaz.Arsalan travelled abroad and his bills and rent were paid by Malik Riaz,owner of Bahria town.Malik riaz says that he has given the money to the son of CJ to have a favour in the cases regarding Bahria town and his own son Ali Riaz Malik but no favour is granted to Bahria town eventhough money was enjoyed by Arsalan but on the other hand Arsalan Iftikhar says that he is not guilty and he has not taken any money from Malik Riaz and media anchors and reporters are going crazy about the issue which is not an issue.CJ has taken suo moto of the case and he has asked the journalists to come and explain their views as Malik Riaz says that he has shown proofs of the bills and video tapes of the corruption of Arsalan Iftikhar to Hamid mir,Kamran Khan,Najam Sethi and javed ch

.
It is good that CJ has parted ways with his son during the hearing period and he also has separated himself from the court proceedings so that one might not vow of the influence that CJ can develope on the panel.
It is to be noted here that almost 11 cases of bahria town are pending in supreme court and one famous case of car racce tragedy is still there and Malik riaz quotes the same cases in his view that he asked Arsalan to influence these but Arsalan not responded to him in a well manner.
Malik Riaz and co decided to break the story on 28th May when CJ was abroad to eceive the juriest awaard but then Aitzaz Ahsan settled the matter for soetime to avoid any situation that CJ could face while receiving the award.
I think that in this case Arsalan Iftikhar will prove guilty and he will be bashed by the court and he should be.Cj will continue saying that he didn't know about what Arsalan was doing and he can be right in this regard .But if Arsalan is proven guilty then people will pressurize cheif justice to resign from his post and that demand is too not unfair.If a person is ignorant about what his son is doing and breaking the moral and legal laws how he can say others to obey law and moreon govt. too can say that CJ is wrong and how its possible that a son is enjoying a lavish life and his father doesn't know about the expenditure.
Malik riaz in a press conference has opened up a new horizon in which CJ's role looks dubious and now SC has served him contemp of court notice which will distract the attention of people from Arsalan case.First Arsalan's case should be resolved.
This case will too set a trend for others that all are equal before law and noone is above law.After all discussion CJ is at a crossroads where he cant behave in a wway called between the lines.Stance and decision should be wise and clear so that a strong message must be conveyed.
Malik Riaz is not an ammeture and he must have the proofs on the base of which he is roaring against Arsalan and co.
Arsalan will be proved guilty in coming days and hopefully will be bashed by the court
Till then wait and see.

Budget 2012

Annual budget has been announced by the elected pppp government that takes pride in delivering the fifth consecutive budget with the same prime minister as the first one.
First of all i think that the behaviour of opposition and especially pml-n was not right during the budget speech.There is a decoram of assembly and you should not destroy that on behalf of the mendate people have conferred upon you.If you have  any reservations regarding the financial policies then its good but they should be discussed in assembly during the session and not by slaps.I beleive and we will discuss the flaws in the budget but the way opposition opted to resisit the budget speech was not wise.One should be decent in his doings.
Coming back to the budget,I am not the student of economics and don't know much about it but the things that are obvious will be discussd here.
This budget is developed in haste and it looks like.
Now coming to the details,It is said that CNG and cigaretts's price would increase after the budget
Look at the above things,sorry to say these both are used by common man and moreover lower or middle class people.
Rich people don't use CNG to boast off their wealth and cigaretts too for them are never expensive evenn if their price is doubled and more than that.So a common man will face the music and he will lost the oppurtunity to roam in his car while enjoyinh cigarette.
Hybrid car will be cheap after the budget.Well done govt. so now hefty salried persons will be able to buy hybrid car that costs 1.8 million approx.
No tax on landlords this year too.
Again it confirms the fact that the budget is pro influencial families.
20% increase in pay and pension is a wise step but sorry to say that increase is nominal.Inflation rate is so high that much is needed to cater all that.
People expected a lot more from the govt. as this was the last buget of PPPP govt. and govt. too roared as much as was possible to predict the budget as full of releif.
Finally hats off to the govt. allies and crew who will work much hard for just to  prove this budget AWAMI despite all above mentioned factors.If you are unable to deliver a good financial year to the people then you can excuse but keep relying on your performance is a tradition in our country,will be followed this time too.
